Adaptation & Resilience to a Changing Climate Network

The ARCC Coordination Network was established in 2009 to provide coordination and knowledge exchange across a number of EPSRC-funded research projects related to adaptation in buildings and infrastructure. Led by the UK Climate Impacts Program, the ARCC CN brings together a portfolio of research and a broad range of stakeholders to promote the use of research outputs by policy makers and practitioners. ARCC seeks to improve engagement with stakeholders in the development, production, and interpretation of research to ensure that research outputs are useful in informing decision makers. Climate UK is supporting this work by investigating options for enhancing the legacy of outputs from the network (including maintaining access to information after the project lifetime) and proposing new approaches to understanding and meeting the knowledge requirements of stakeholders.
